Fortnightly 1-hour group clearings, leveraging the power of group energy.
There won’t be a link to join – just sit or lie down in a quiet space and observe what’s going on in your body.
If you’re unable to join at the time you can continue about your day – the clearings will still work, but do avoid any strenuous activity or anything requiring concentration.
You can set specific intentions or themes you’d like to work on in the Order notes section.
A shared group report will be sent to each participant after the session.
